Notice Of Hearing For Access under Permanent Guardianship Order To: Karleen Bearspaw Take notice that on the 4th and 5th days of July 2016 at 9:30 a.m., at Calgary Family Court, Courtroom # 302, 601 - 5th Street SW, Calgary, Alberta, an Access Hearing will take place. A Director, under the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act will make an application for: Access under Permanent Guardianship Order ; of your children born on January 21, 2014 and January 21, 2014 . If you wish to speak to this matter in court, you MUST appear in court on this date. You do have the right to be represented by a lawyer. If you do not attend in person or by a lawyer, an Order may be made in your absence and the Judge may make a different Order than the one being applied for by the Director.
