Box 11421 Edmonton, AB T5J 3K6 OF THE SECOND PART WHEREAS by a Judgment dated the 11th day of May 2016. in an action in the Queen's Bench Court of Alberta, Judicial District of Calgary, In which the Assignor was the Plaintiff and Kelly Derrick Simpson was the Defendant, it was adjudged that the Assignor recover against the said Defendant the sum of $60,000.00 and costs agreed or taxed, AND WHEREAS the Assignee is required to pay to the Assignor the sum of $60,000.00 on the said Judgment together with the agreed/taxed costs in the sum of $0.00 AND WHEREAS the total amount payable to the Assignor from the Assignee is $60.000.00. NOW THERFORE THIS INDENTURE Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration now paid by the Assignee to the Assignor the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Assignor does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the Assignee, his successors and assigns all that aforesaid Judgment and taxed costs against the said Defendant together with interest thereon and all benefits to be derived therefrom, either at law or in equity, or otherwise: The Assignor further covenant(s) with the Assignee that the aforesaid Judgment against the said Defendant is in full force and effect; The Assignor further covenant(s) that he has not transferred or assigned the said Judgment and now has the right to assign the said Judgment, and that he, the Assignor and all persons claiming under him will execute such further document for the Assignee, his successors and assigns as may be required to give full force and effect to this Assignment.
