NOTICE TO CREDITORS THE FIRST MEETING OF CREDITORS IN THE MATTER OF THE BANKRUPTCY OF HC PIPER MANUFACTURING INC . On June 11, 2015, HC Piper Manufacturing Inc. ("HC Piper" or the "Company") filed an assignment in Bankruptcy pursuant to s.49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act ("BIA") and Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc.
